While working at Doblin, I was part of a team responsible for creating and branding Doblin’s new innovation coaching offering. On the team, we went through Doblin’s design process to interview and strategize about what this offering is and what it looks like. As a designer on the team, I was responsible for branding and setting the design standards for the coaching offering and creating the corresponding deliverables.
The program is called “Catalyst” and it is a program where Doblin works with leaders in an organization to train them to become and lead innovators.
